The technologies of parallel thread rebar splice include directly rolling and Rolling after stripping rib.

 

1 Principle
1.1 Rolling after stripping rib
(1) Cutting off the end of the rebar;
(2) Stripping the ribs at the end of the rebar and rolling thread;
(3) Splicing the rebar by using the coupler.
1.2 Directly rolling
(1) Cutting off the end of the rebar;
(2) Rolling the end by using the special rolling machine;
(3) Splicing the rebar by using the coupler.


2 Features
* High splice strength, which could exert 100% of the tensile and compression strength of rebar, it could satisfy the requirements stipulated in the Chinese standard JGJ107,American standard UBC1997, British standard NF35-20-1,German standard DIN1045,ISO/WD15835(Draft)and other requirement in the relevant standard home and abroad;
* Simple operation, need  no technicians, fast splicing on construction site;
* High production efficiency, 300 to 500 threads could be produced during one shift;
* The splices could be produced in advance without influencing the construction period;
* Economic, low investment for the equipment;
* Environment-friendly, safe, no environmental and weather restrictions.
