  1 Principle

*Make thread on the rebar end;

*Connect the rebar end with anchor plate.

 

2 Main characteristics
* Rebar connected with anchor plate by thread, high strength, stable and reliable anchorage performance.
* The anchor plate is used instead of bend rebar for anchorage. Save 40~50% anchorage rebar, reduce considerable construction costs of steel bar.
* Simple technology, high efficiency, 300~500 threads could be produced during one shift.
* Reduced congestion and ease of placing of steel rebar, high speed installation, speed up the rebar project.
* The concrete benefits because adequate space for pouring and vibration will give better concrete consolidation.

* New way to deal with the anchorage problems in special situation for designers.

 

3 Application Range
*Used in column-beam joint instead of bend rebar.
*Used for anchorage situation in concrete structure of buildings,bridges,hydraulic structures,nuclear power plants, etc.
